Born and raised in Houston, Texas Eric Harrison was introduced to multiple sports at an early age. As a Houston native, Eric grew up watching his older siblings, friends and now professional athletes compete.
Eric developed himself into a Stand Defensive Back at Northshore Sr. High School and became a State Champion by 2003. He was selected unanimously to his District 5-A All Conference team, both as a junior and senior. He went on to excel in football, and helped his team win the conference championship in a bowl game, while majoring in physical education at Navarro Jr. College
After a stellar season at Navarro Jr College where he was voted All Conference and preseason All-American, Eric was invited to attend Arena League football tryouts for the Arizona Outlaws and the Bemidji Axemen. Eric then began studying kinesiology to become a personal trainer to help others live a healthy lifestyle.
Eric understands that the athlete must be mentally and physically prepared in order to outperform his or her competition.
In addition to his athletic experience, Eric’s knowledge in fitness, nutrition, strength and conditioning, and sports performance is vast. He also coaches adult boot camps, fitness classes, one on one personal training and weight loss programs for adults and athletes.
