Christopher “Coach” Rogers is a native of Washington, DC. Growing up the metro area he served the DC Community in fundraising for Multiple Sclerosis and volunteering in local schools. He attended Howard University in the heart of DC. While attending Howard he majored in management and finance. Earning playing honors in football and track in the talent rich Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference.
Rogers later was an undrafted free agent for the Minnesota Vikings. Though injuries sidelined his career he continued to serve the Twin Cities. Coach has had a 20 year relationship with the Vikings Community. Volunteering for activities and being a player ambassador to football.
Chris jumped into finance and banking for Wells Fargo. As a community banker he developed relationships in the Northside in financial literacy to businesses and schools.
Chris began his coaching career at Edison High School in Northeast Minneapolis. While coaching football and Head Strength & Condition Director for 3 years. Beginning a decade long relationship with Minneapolis Schools. Developing and mentoring students of all age, backgrounds and cultures.
As the owner of Elite Athletics, he has trained hundreds of student athletes. Delivering pathways of success to participants. He has placed over 25 student athletes in Division I,II, and III.
He is currently the Special Education Lead at Kipp NorthStar Academy. Providence Academy football coach in Maple Grove, MN.

Born and raised in Houston, Texas Eric Harrison was introduced to multiple sports at an early age. As a Houston native, Eric grew up watching his older siblings, friends and now professional athletes compete.
Eric developed himself into a Stand Defensive Back at Northshore Sr. High School and became a State Champion by 2003. He was selected unanimously to his District 5-A All Conference team, both as a junior and senior. He went on to excel in football, and helped his team win the conference championship in a bowl game, while majoring in physical education at Navarro Jr. College
After a stellar season at Navarro Jr College where he was voted All Conference and preseason All-American, Eric was invited to attend Arena League football tryouts for the Arizona Outlaws and the Bemidji Axemen. Eric then began studying kinesiology to become a personal trainer to help others live a healthy lifestyle.
Eric understands that the athlete must be mentally and physically prepared in order to outperform his or her competition.
In addition to his athletic experience, Eric’s knowledge in fitness, nutrition, strength and conditioning, and sports performance is vast. He also coaches adult boot camps, fitness classes, one on one personal training and weight loss programs for adults and athletes.
